10 Each regional committee prepares its own agenda and range of related documents.
Resolutions and decisions
20 The form and style of regional committee resolutions and decisions should follow as far as possible the pattern of those of the Health Assembly and Executive Board.
Official records
30 Following the session of a regional committee an official report of the meeting is prepared. Each region determines its own version of the report.
40 The minimum contents should include:
- a short introduction on the organization of the meeting including routine information on such points as the date and place of the meeting, the election of officers etc.;
- the resolutions adopted;
- report on the discussion of the regional director's annual report;
- report on the proposed programme budget and on any other subject not covered by the resolutions;
- a series of annexes including:
(a) the agenda of the meeting;
(b) a list of participants;
(c) membership of sub-committees and working parties, if any;
(d) documents prepared for the meeting that have a permanent value or that are required for a complete understanding of the decisions taken;
(e) reports of sub-committees or working parties, if any;
(f) a summary of the informal technical discussions which may be held during the meeting.
