10 Three independent mechanisms, the Office of Internal Oversight Services, the External Auditor and the Independent Expert Oversight Advisory Committee have been put in place to help ensure that the Organization has effective risk management, internal controls, governance and reliable financial reporting, through promoting accountability and transparency of WHO's operations and activities.
