10 WHO staff members are responsible to secure any necessary visa, as per the requirements of the countries to be visited.
20 WHO staff must carry with her/him on all official travel a valid national passport even if they are using a UNLP for their visas.
30 Officials should apply to their national authorities for the renewal of their passports. The Organisation does not reimburse any expenses arising out of the issuance or renewal of a staff member's national passport.
40 The Organisation pays/reimburses expenses arising out of obtaining a visa for Official Travel (except where lump sum option has been taken for staff and dependents).
