10 Documentation related to publications, such as author or editor agreements, grant agreements, declarations of interest and agreements granting WHO permission to reproduce materials belonging to third parties should be archived through the clearance procedures in force in the office concerned at the planning or content development stage, as appropriate (see section VIII.1.4, paragraphs 10 to 50 and 60 to 90, respectively).
