10 Beyond WHO hosted formal partnerships, the Organization has several collaborative efforts that are fully under its managerial control and accountability and for which there are no separate governance arrangements, and are designed to provide a means to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. These collaborative arrangements are fully within the scope of WHO policy and managerial control, inclusive of WHO governing body oversight.
20 Requests for creating and supporting such networks should be submitted to the respective Assistant Director-General or Regional Director for approval, inclusive of an indicative operational budget and clear terms of reference. LEG and PNA can provide further guidance.
