10 Contributor agreements represent important WHO official records supporting the funds entrusted to WHO. The responsibility for creating folios and uploading RM records into ECM was transferred in August 2019 from Records and Archives (RAS) to the Award Creation Unit (AWC) in the Global Finance unit (GFI), GSC. For awards activation and amendment requests, this change was made to streamline the workflow into a one-step process. Unless there are any questions, AWC will create the folio and the linked award and advise as normal once the award is created. See link for the ECM/RAS process flow.
