10 The provisions of this section of the WHO eManual apply to purchases of supplies, equipment, books and literature made on behalf of governments, the United Nations and specialized agencies, and nongovernmental organizations for health project activities where, under arrangements WHO has in place with those entities, WHO is reimbursed for those purchases.
20 This section covers both non-emergency and emergency purchases made under the provisions of resolutions EB33.R44 and WHA28.25 and purchases through the Revolving Fund for Teaching and Laboratory Equipment for Medical Education and Training established by resolution WHA19.7.
