Authority to approve the disposal of inventories
10 Proposals for the disposal of inventory must be approved as follows:
- In HQ: Approved by the Director of the department having control of the inventory.
- In Regions: Approved by the local Property Survey Committee (PSC).
20 A copy of all approved disposal requests must be kept by the technical unit controlling the inventory and, for inter-regional advisory and research teams and units, the coordinator of the unit administering the project.
