10 All documentation relating to each TSA should be stored in a separate folder in the WHO records management system.
20 Staff having a financial interest in or personal connection to any potential TSA contractors should not have any involvement in the procurement action or contract management and oversight.
30 If work to be performed under a TSA requires the submission of a Declaration of Interest (DOI) by the Principal Investigator, the responsible officer must ensure that DOI procedures are fully complied with, in accordance with Guidelines for declaration of interest (WHO Experts) and the provisions of Information Note 22/2014.
