10 In the case of engagement with intergovernmental organizations, the relationship is defined and governed by the individual agreement WHO signed with various bodies, the content of which is dependent on the specific needs of the engagement with each and every intergovernmental organizations, supported by Article 70 of the WHO Constitution.
