10 An approved workplan and an award distributed to the budget centre are required before a request for workplan funding can be raised. A workplan can be funded up to the level of approved planned cost, available or assigned to a given project (see section IV.3.4).
20 Workplan funding must be within the award distribution for the budget centre and in compliance with donor specifications.
30 Once workplan funding has been made available to the workplan, an award budget can be done, as the last prerequisite step to make the funds available for spending (see section IV.3.4).
