10 The management of an approved workplan is an ongoing process throughout the biennium. Revising a workplan involves comparing what was originally planned with current needs and actual progress and making changes accordingly.
20 Revisions to workplans may include modifying existing Product/Service; adding new work through the creation of new activities or tasks; changing the project manager or project approvers; or revising planned costs or award budgets.
30 Approval for workplan revisions remains with Project Manager. Revisions must have appropriate business approval before changes are implemented in the programme management system.
