10 Duty travel baggage entitlement is the standard entitlement provided by carriers for the approved class of travel, 20kgs, for travel in economy class; 30kgs, for travel in business class, or the number of bags, as indicated by the airline, when applicable.
20 Should travellers require excess baggage to perform their duties, a request should be entered on the Travel Authorization and approved by the Travel Approver.
30 On carriers where standard baggage entitlement is not included within the price of the air ticket and when travel duration exceed one day, travellers may self-purchase their baggage entitlement directly with airline or online (one bag) up to the weight limits indicated in paragraph 10 above.
40 When advance seat reservation is not provided as part of the ticket cost, the Organization will not refund advance seating charges. Seat can be booked free of charge while checking in, up to 24 hours before departure.
50 The Organization will not refund priority/speedy/fast-track boarding expenses if not part of the air fare.
