10 Staff members on fixed-term or continuing appointments who are participants in the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund may, if they wish, participate in the Organization's Group Life Insurance under the conditions set out in III.20 Annex 7.B. Enquiries concerning entry to the Insurance, termination of cover, alteration of the insured amount, designation of beneficiaries and any other matter connected with the Insurance should be made to the Insurance Risk Management Unit at headquarters.
20 Contributions are collected by payroll deductions.
30 Contributions during a period of special leave without pay are due in advance. Non-payment of contributions cancels the right to participate in the Voluntary Group Life Insurance scheme.
