10 Approved Travel Requests (TRs) are required for non-staff travellers (as listed in VII.1.3 para 20-30) travelling on behalf of or at the invitation of WHO. WHO-sponsored travel by family members of staff are considered to be staff travel.
20 The paras in this section provide information on areas where the policy specifically for non-staff differs from the policy outlined in section VII.5. Policy in sections VII.1 to VII.4 applies to both staff and non-staff travellers except where otherwise mentioned.
