10 Delegations to the World Health Assembly: Each country classified as Least Developed Country is provided with a return economy class ticket from the capital city of the designated country to the place of the session for one delegate or associate delegate from each designated country.
20 Representatives to Regional Committees: Each Member or Associate Member of a WHO Regional Committee whose contribution to the WHO regular budget is at the minimum rate in the scale of assessments, is provided with a return economy class ticket from the capital city of the designated country to the place of the session for one delegate or associate delegate from each designated country.
30 Executive Board Members:
As per WHA resolutions 74.19 30.10 and 55.22,
Members of the WHO Executive Board (or alternates) will be provided with an air ticket from the Member's place of residence to the place of the meeting.
30.1 The maximum reimbursement of travel expenses for Members of the WHO Executive Board (or alternates) ,will be based on the travel entitlements of the WHO Staff Members (see chapter 2.1).
30.2 The maximum reimbursement of travel expenses for the Chair of the Executive Board, will be based on the travel entitlements of the WHO Director General (see chapter 2.1).
40 WHA and Regional Committee delegates do not receive per diem
