Special Operations Allowance (SOA) and all related entitlements including Administrative Place of Assignment (APA) and Additional Hardship Allowance (AHA) are discontinued effective July 2016. The Additional Hardship Allowance (AHA) has been replaced with Non-Family Service Allowance (NFSA) which the details can be found in section III.3.7 Mobility and Hardship scheme.
