10 All contracts for graphic design services should be in accordance with the relevant procurement policies and processes (see sections VI.2.3 and VI.1.3) and include clear terms of reference. The technical evaluation should take into account the supplier’s ability to work in relevant languages and with recommended digital templates.
20 All WHO publications should be accessible to all audiences, including those with disabilities, regardless of their dissemination format, as required by the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, the United Nations disability inclusion strategy and the WHO policy on disability (see Part XX). In addition, all publications issued by WHO should take into account the United Nations disability-inclusive communications guidelines, and avoid negative stereotypes that may reinforce stigma and discrimination.
