10 Each WHO vehicle must be equipped with a logbook for recording all movements as well as fuelling and maintenance events. The movement logbook must be completed by the driver at the beginning and end of each journey and also requires the signature of the most senior passenger to certify the start and end locations, travelled distance and the purpose of each trip.
