10 Each vehicle must have two sets of keys, clearly marked with the vehicle identification/registration. One is for daily use and the second as a spare, kept in a secure location on the WHO Office premises. Keys for daily use must be held by the vehicle dispatcher or authorized security office and issued to the relevant driver each time the vehicle is dispatched. Drivers must hand in keys immediately upon returning to the base, and keys must be kept in a secured key cabinet accessible to authorized personnel only.
20 Drivers may never retain vehicle keys when not on duty.
