10 Vehicles must be routinely checked and inspected. The driver is required to correct any minor issues (e.g. topping up fluid levels), and report any defects to the Transport Manager/Assistant. For safety critical defects, for example brake failure, the vehicle must be taken out of use immediately, and not driven until faults are rectified.
