10 The WHO Transport Booking System (TBS) must be used to manage all transport requests in offices with multiple vehicles.
20 Transport requests must be placed at least 24 hrs in advance (except in the case of emergencies).
30 Wherever possible, trips will be combined and passengers must be flexible in adjusting their schedules accordingly.
40 Passenger and Programme / Budget Centre data must be completed accurately and in full in order that costs can be allocated correctly.
