The WHO Policy on Disability will be operationalized through an Action Plan which includes indicators of success, identifies custodian units responsible for each indicator, and sets baselines and targets against which to track progress from 2021-2023, in line with the GPW13. The Action Plan will be led by WHO headquarters, including coordination and support to regional offices for the design, implementation and monitoring of regional actions plans which are relevant to their contexts, countries and programmes of work, conditional of available resources.
