10 Technical units wishing to have their publications translated into official languages should submit a request to the Office of Language Services (GBS/LNG) at headquarters (see section I.3.3, paragraph 80) or to the translation service of the relevant regional office, as appropriate. Headquarters publications translated by regional offices are published by those regional offices (see paragraph 20), unless a specific agreement to the contrary has been made between WHO Press and the regional office concerned.
20 Regional offices wishing to translate and publish WHO publications from headquarters into official or non-official languages should submit a request to WHO Press (see section VIII.6.7).
30 Requests to grant external parties the rights to translate and publish WHO publications should be submitted to WHO Press or to the publications unit of the regional office concerned (see section VIII.6.7).
