10 Staff members who, on leaving the Organization, wish to have the certificate of service mentioned in Staff Rule 1095 should apply to the HR Administrator, GSC.
20 The certificate of service is issued by the HR Administrator, GSC. If it is to include an assessment of performance and conduct, the staff member's performance reports are taken into account and their supervisor is asked to assist in its preparation.
30 If, in addition to the certificate of service, or without obtaining a certificate, staff members request an unofficial statement or testimonial from their supervisor or any other staff member, this statement should be submitted for information and clearance to the HR Administrator, GSC.
